At Fabrolic, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take pride in delivering top-quality suits, we understand that issues can sometimes arise — and we’re here to resolve them smoothly.
✅ Return/Exchange Conditions
🔧 If the product has a manufacturing fault or defect from our side, we will gladly exchange it with a brand-new piece.
📦 Customers must check the parcel immediately upon receiving it.
📸 In case of any issue, kindly record a video or take a clear picture of the fault at the time of unboxing and send it to us on WhatsApp.
🔄 If the customer wishes to exchange the design, we’ll allow it — but only with an article of the same or higher price.
⏰ Important Time Frame
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Requests after 3 days will not be entertained.
🚫 Non-Eligible Return Cases
Color difference due to lighting/screen resolution.
Parcels checked days later without a proper unboxing video.
Already stitched, washed, or used suits.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the issue is from our end, we’ll arrange a free exchange.
For design change requests, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
